Following a two year overland ride to Australia, I formed part of the team that contributed to Chris Scott’s very first 1997 edition of the Adventure Motorcycle Handbook and in 2007 wrote Great Motorcycle Journeys of the World an inspirational guide to riding motorcycles abroad. Featuring 40 routes that can be ridden in an average 2-3 week holiday, it appeals to both experienced motorcyclists looking for a quick adventure fix and novice riders seeking inspiration.
